AED 20k+ in the first month online
S Fashion sells luxury mukhawar to an audience of 160,000+ built on Instagram. We took that audience off the DMs and onto a custom storefront — 163 products, card payments and cash on delivery, Arabic and English — and it cleared AED 20k in its first month live.

The results
- AED 20k+
- Sales in the first month online
- 163 products
- Live with variants, stock, and size charts
- 160k+
- Instagram audience given somewhere to buy
- Tracked ROAS
- Meta ad spend and revenue in one dashboard
The problem
A large following is not a business. Every sale ran through Instagram DMs: the same questions about price, size, and colour answered by hand, orders written down manually, and no way to know which post produced which sale. The audience was already there — the shop wasn't.
What we built
A full custom platform, not a theme. Customers filter 163 products by colour, size, and price, pick a variant, and check out with a card or cash on delivery. Behind it sits a complete back office: products, orders, customers, coupons, and reviews, with order confirmations going out over email and WhatsApp automatically. The whole store reads natively in Arabic and English, and the admin dashboard pulls live Meta Ads spend and ROAS through the Marketing API — so the owner can see which campaign paid for itself without leaving the site.
How we worked
- 01
Move the sale off the DMs
Mapped every question the team was answering by hand — price, size, colour, delivery — and made the storefront answer each one before a customer ever messages.
- 02
163 products, structured
Built the catalogue around colour and size variants with real stock counts, so 'only 1 left' is true and the size chart does the work the DMs used to.
- 03
Payments and fulfilment
Stripe for cards, cash on delivery for everyone else, and automatic order confirmations over email and WhatsApp so nobody chases a status update.
- 04
Campaigns, measured
Wired the Meta Marketing API into the admin dashboard so spend, purchases, and ROAS sit next to the orders they produced — and the ad budget follows the numbers.
