A fitness goal, broken into what to eat today

Chikrice turns a vague goal into a roadmap. Enter your body details and target, and it generates milestones — each with its own calorie and macro numbers — plus a daily screen for logging what you actually ate.

The results

A clear path
Users know what to eat to hit the goal
Daily habit
Logging is fast enough to actually repeat
AI estimates
Plain-language meals become real numbers
Installable
Phone or desktop, no app store

The problem

People know they want to lose weight or gain muscle. They don't know how many calories that means, what macros to hit, or how a portion translates into either. The information exists, scattered, and consistency breaks the moment tracking gets complicated.

What we built

A six-month goal becomes six milestones, each with its own targets. The daily dashboard shows what's left of today's calories and macros as meals get logged. AI estimates nutrition from a plain description of a meal, and suggests food that fits what's remaining. Installs as a PWA and gets used every day.

How we worked

  1. 01

    Onboarding that earns its questions

Body details, target, timeline, activity — only what's needed to generate a realistic plan.

  2. 02

    Milestones

Split the long goal into stages with their own calorie, protein, carb, and fat targets.

  3. 03

    The daily screen

Log a meal, see what's left. The only screen that matters on an ordinary day.

  4. 04

    AI where it saves typing

Describe a meal in words, get calories and macros — plus suggestions that fit the day's gap.

This is the best app I could ask for. Simple, minimal, straight to the point. I just eat, log my food, and it counts everything for me.
